Processing Time

• All orders are handmade to order and typically take 1 -2 business days to be processed before dispatch.
• During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship all orders via Royal Mail, offering the following options:

• Royal Mail Second Class – Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days
• Royal Mail First Class – Estimated delivery in 1-2 business days

Please note that Royal Mail does not provide tracking for these services.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method.
• Free shipping is available on orders over £15.

International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few extra days for postal delays.
